From an early age we teach children to go into all the world and preach the Gospel through prayer, giving and serving through both ongoing and one-time mission projects. In early 2010, our children “adopted” Martin Mawien Mawien in Sudan, Africa through Make Way Partners. The children of TGSM are committed to his full sponsorship through their spare change, which provides him with the care that will protect him from slavery and offer a life full of the Hope of Jesus’ redeeming love.

The sponsorship ensures that Martin’s basic needs -- food, clothing, shelter and other necessities -- are met, as well as other needs like schooling, loving Christian care, discipleship, medical care and more. Our commitment made us part of Martin’s family; in fact, we're the only family that Martin has and may be the only people who pray for him by name on a daily basis. Recently, our Pioneer Club children earned and received over $2,500 to help build a fresh-water well in Africa, collect and provide baby supplies to the local area pregnancy center and send children to Christian Camp, as well as purchase shoes and school supplies for an orphanage in El Salvador.
