(All Ages, Children and Adults)

Our Sunday School classes meet on Sunday mornings at 9:15am. All of our classes, whatever the age group, are designed to help people know, love and serve Jesus, fellowship with one another, and to enhance each person’s understanding of scripture.  Every class is covered in prayer and is designed to further our relationship with Christ. (Young Adults, Adults and Seniors)

We offer a variety of special electives on Tuesday evenings throughout the year. Each 4-8 week class hones in on a different topic, relying on scripture to teach us how to become more Christ-like in our marriages and parenting, how to find joy in the midst of health conditions, overcome grief, or deal with other challenges in our lives. Click here for upcoming electives.
Worship and Music Team Ministry

Worship is more than song; it’s an expression of our love of God and yet another way to grow in Him. Our worship, music and choir teams are open to singers and instrumentalists of any experience or range. We view each practice, performance and opportunity as a special extension of our relationship with Christ.  After all, “It’s not about us!” Contact Pastor Matt for more information and practice times.
Visitation and Meal Ministries

When someone is in the hospital or confined to their home, we make it a priority to visit, pray with families, prepare meals, and offer other any help we can. We are brothers and sisters in Christ, called to tend to one another in times of need! Our team works diligently to provide love, prayer and support to those who are sick, recovering from surgery, or dealing with grief after the death of  a loved one.
Barnabas Connection

Our aim is threefold:  to consistently pray for all of our missionaries and mission related ministries through monthly meetings; to encourage our missionaries with e-mails, letters, and special projects; and to keep the leadership and congregation updated on the endeavors of our missionaries by sharing their prayer requests and needs.
Shepherd’s Groups

Our Shepherd’s Groups are specialized small groups that meet at homes during the week for fellowship, study, prayer and support. We offer groups comprised of members from different backgrounds or stations in life. Each group also prioritizes outreach within and outside of the church body.

Hearts of Love
Our Hearts of Love ministry works with Samaritan’s Purse throughout the year to send shoe boxes filled with essential items around the world to children in need. These aren’t just shoeboxes either. Each one is used by missionaries to share the gospel. HoL meets at least once a month and also helps with outreach banquets, meals and other things that serve people in our church and community.

Easter Seals

There are many overlooked adults who have difficulty “getting to Jesus” by traditional means due to life-altering disabilities. Our work with Easter Seals and adults with special needs is designed to clear away such obstacles, connecting everyone to Jesus with the help of compassionate volunteers who desire to serve and love as our Savior did. Please contact the church office if you’d like more information.
BreakfastMen’s and Ladies’ Breakfast

Once a month, we gather together to eat breakfast, fellowship, and to hear the testimonies of a monthly speaker. It’s a wonderful time for our TGSM family, as well as visitors and extended family, to meet off site and build each other up in the wonderful love of Christ!
Celebrate Recovery Prison Ministry

Our Celebrate Recovery prison ministry cultivates Christ-centered relationships inside prison walls, embracing incarcerated individuals and watching as their lives are transformed. Bible study, teaching and mentoring combine to help prisoners connect to Jesus and renewed purpose.
Ushers
Ushers and Greeters

Our ushers and greeters are dedicated to helping others during each of our services; offering friendly faces and helpful hands as needs arise, assisting regular attendees, welcoming and helping visitors as they arrive, fulfilling support roles in the worship service, serving communion, addressing concerns, and answering any questions.
Security Security Team

In today’s changing world, safety is a top priority at TGSM.  Multiple members of our security team are on duty during each service, watching for any potential issues that might arise. All team members receive specialized training and utilize the latest technology to keep everyone who enters TGSM safe and at ease!
Media Ministry

The sound booth and AV teams keep our services up to date; using the blessings of modern technology to enhance our ministries.  We don’t rely on technology for outreach but utilize it as a tool to further spread the gospel message.

Building & Lawn Care

We see the maintenance of God’s house as a calling to the congregation.  We take this calling seriously.  Our church family often volunteer to assist with inside and outside maintenance projects.
